It's November...

Everyone keeps asking where we are in the paperwork/journey to China. JW and I figured it was time to create a blog so anyone can check anytime they want. Well, it's November and we have been pushing paper for a couple of months. It is going very well and I have gotten to know all the county clerks in the area (Needed to certify all documents). We are currently at the mercy of the US immigration office. We need one more piece of paper and they issue it. Once we get 'the golden ticket' ...as the adoption world calls it...then all our info can go to China.

Please keep praying with us. It is very possible that our girl/girls are alive...hard to believe...and being cared for in an orphanage or foster home. We are really thinking that God has a child with a minor Special Need in mind for us. So, we have applied for the 'Waiting Child' program through our agency and will hopefully be matched with a child sometime in the next year. (Special needs in China can mean anything from low birth weight to cleft lip...we will be sent a file to review and can decide on a case by case basis if it is the right child for us).
