We visited the US Consulate in Guangzhou, took the oath and received all of AW's necessary paperwork for entry into the US. Upon landing at the airport, she will be a US citizen. How exciting!
We are beginning to pack and get ready for the long journey home. There is a typhoon lurking off the coast of Southern China and should make landfall early Weds morning. However, it should not pose any problems for Guangzhou.
AW surprised us tonight by deciding to play (stand) in her crib before going to sleep - every day, it seems that she shows more and more of her abilities. Here are a few pics.
